Convert DVD, AVI, AVS, OGM and MKV video files to VCD format.

Although perhaps not immediately obvious just from the name of this program, Acp is a free application with which you can convert DVD, AVI, AVS, OGM and MKV to VCD format. Acp accepts audio streams in WAV, MP3, AC3 and OGG formats.

Other functions Acp has include automatic calculation of parameters for the size of file you choose, or, if you prefer, the manual selection of said parameters. It can transcode audio streams, it finds optimal values to get a desired size that you can specify, there are plenty of custom audio and video parameters, it offers avisynth scripting, batch encoding, info parsing and much more.
